Introducing Myself: Your ZZG236 Community Manager

Hello ZZG236 Members and Readers,
My name is Alan Walsh and I am the Community Manager of ZZG236. Today I felt I needed to introduce myself to everyone, I’m a gamer who is from Ireland. I play on Xbox 360 and Xbox One. I play games like Halo, Forza, Battlefield, Fable, Ryse, Dead Rising, GTA, Fable, Kinect titles and many more! I love playing games, hanging out and talking to my mates, watching TV/Movies, listening to music and messing about with Technology!
ZZG236 launched last December when all of this started. Tyler (or Tyboy17 as you’ll know him) talked to me at launch about being a “Moderator” or something high-end on the website but gave no promises. In January he told me that I would be Assistant Community Manager, where I would work with the websites Community Manger and could makes posts on the website. A few weeks afterwards, Tyler promoted me to full Community Manager and I must say it was and still is a huge privilege!
I’ve been here since launch and you’ve probably noticed my articles on the site, I love writing articles to do with what I love. I love games and I love talking about them. I love the big blockbuster Xbox One/360 games and the smaller mobile games for Windows Phone and Windows 8/RT. So if you want to talk games or tech in general, hit me up!
So you may be wondering what I will be doing as Community Manager? Well I will be working with Tyler a lot, writing articles (Mostly about Xbox One Hardware/Software and first-party games for the platform and general Xbox news), joining you for games nights (yes I will be participating with you all in the game-nights, now not many details have been given about them yet, if time-zones suits I will be definitely joining), chatting with our Community on the forums, Moderating forums and much more as we grow in the future!
Let me give you a sneak peek of a project I am working on. It’s for Forza Motorsport 5 and involves big cars with unique designs, I will leave a screenshot below and I will be giving more details about them in the near future! Look out for a blog post on this very soon!
