343 Industries very own Josh Holmes has put up a blog post regarding the future of Halo in 2014. He mentions new employees who have joined the studio and others who have left or stepped down, including Kenneth Scott, who was previously the Art Director for the series. He will continue to work for them remotely as a consultant. Sparth, the new Art Director created a piece of concept art for Halo Xbox One that Josh shared. This concept art features what appears to be a human city with UNSC aircraft hovering overhead, including the massive Infinity which debuted in Halo 4. Josh states that it is “an early exploration of a new location featured prominently in a little game project we’re tinkering with…”. Expect new Halo news to be appearing in the not-so-distant future.
